All sites include water, sewer, 20/30/50 amp electrical, and FREE wireless internet.

Rates pertain to one immediate family/rig.

A primitive location may be shared while each family/rig still pays for a site.

Maximum 8 people per site.

Full Hookup rate                            $30.00

Primitive (non-hookup) rate    $20.00

Day Parking

Day Pass per person                                            $5.00
A day rider may use an electrical site by permission only.  Extra $10 charge will apply.

Seasonal Day Pass (nontransferable)              $50.00

Seasonal Family Day Pass (nontransferable) $125.00

Stay six consecutive nights and your seventh night is free!

30 consecutive nights $500      (Over 30% off daily rates!)

House Rental   $125.00 per Night
There is a ND tax of 7.5% for the house rental

Dogs are welcome.  Keep them close and quiet.  You MUST pick up after them.

Corrals MUST be clean at time of departure; $30 fee if left dirty. 

The full hookup sites have electricity, water and sewer.  There are  21 50x60’ pull through sites.  The horse corrals are nearby.  Please refrain from bringing the horses into the actual hookup site.
	The houses for rent at $125 per night.  This house has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a shower on the main floor.  There are two bedrooms on the upper level.  The kitchen has cooking essentials.  This house sleeps 10 people.  There is a ND tax of 7.5% for the house rental

Deposit

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to reserve a site.

3.5% handling fee added unless paid by check or cash

 Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled seven or more days prior to arrival date,
there is a $5.00 cancellation fee.  If a reservation is cancelled less than seven days prior to
arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
